What prevents successful AI implementation?

Organizations with a weak organizational (management) structure often have unclear roles, undefined responsibilities, a slow decision-making process, and unaligned teams. When the organizational structure is not properly arranged, AI projects have no owner, decisions are delayed, projects are redirected, and teams work in isolated groups.
